This is the best frozen pizza and even surpasses several pizza shops in our area! Give it a try!!
I'm so thankful to have found Talia! While I'm unable to get my favorite pizza locally, it's incredible to be able to have the "real deal" delivered right to my door step. While the website instructions indicate 400°F, instructions on the individual pizzas themselves say 420°F and the post card with instructions that comes in the box indicate to 425°F (all for approximately the same amount of time), I opted to set it on the counter for about 10 minutes, and bake at 425° for 13 minutes to have a crispy crust and it was perfect!
All of the pizzas I purchased were delicious. I bought the four cheese, margarita, and tartufina pizzas. They were authentic wood fired pizzas and the dough was perfection. I will definitely buy more in the future.
This pizza is absolutely delicious. We visited Naples last fall and sampled pizza all over the city- every variety was good, but what stood out was the delicious, crust- thin but chewy, flavorful (tasting of grain, salt, olive oil and something else I couldn't put my finger on) . Talia de Napoli pizza tastes exactly like the best pizza we got in Naples, with the same delicious crust and fresh light toppings, and unlike anything we can get here in the states. It was delivered frozen in perfect condition, and when heated up (in only 10 minutes) tasted just like a fresh pizza from a Naples restaurant. What a treat while locked down!
This was a delicious pizza. I was skeptical at first because I have never bought a frozen pizza, but Talia didn't disappoint. I will continue to order pizza from Talia in the future.
With the current global pandemic (COVID-19/coronavirus) affecting Italy, the birthplace of Neapolitan pizzas (Naples) and nations across the globe, we wanted to address our customers’ concerns head on.
Let us start by reaffirming that the safety, satisfaction and well-being of our customers is and remains our top priority. We are in touch with our team in Italy on a daily basis and are following all official recommendations, sanitary precautions and guidelines on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Considered an essential business by the Italian government, our production facility in Naples remains open and continues its mission to feed the people of Italy and beyond.
We have also been following updates from the Food & Drug Administration and wanted to reassure our customers. There is currently no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with transmission of COVID-19. This means that food cannot be contaminated with the coronavirus and our customers cannot contract the virus by consuming our delicious pizzas. In addition to our FDA compliance, we are also BRCGS-certified, ensuring that our products meet the Global Standard for Food Safety, and IFS-certified, recognized as a food manufacturer by the Global Food Safety Initiative. Suffice to say, we take food safety very seriously.
In addition, the cooking and cryogenic processes we use to bake and freeze our pizzas eliminate any risks of transmission food contamination. Heating food at over 140-165 degrees Fahrenheit kills all bacteria and viruses: our wood-fired ovens reach a temperature of 700 degrees Fahrenheit to cook our pizzas, safely ensuring that our products are bacteria- and virus-free.
Our pizzas are safe, and we hope you and your family are well and safe too. As we all contemplate this new normal, we’re proud to offer a delicious solution to everyone staying at home during these challenging times. We are and will continue to work hard to support Italy and ensure our consumers enjoy high-quality food at home, now and in the future.
