Good crust, not enough tomatos
I’ve ordered three times now, and have told countless friends about how GOOD Talia di Napoli pizza is! ESPECIALLY now when we have to stay home, being able to have a fabulous Italian pizza in front of the TV and fireplace is heaven! Thank you Talia di Napoli!
I'm so very happy I found this online, not only during this time of having to stay at home but for always!!! Great quality, flavor and fast delivery. Don't know how they do it but hat's off to them. If I had a complaint, it would be there could be a smidgen more tomato sauce, but otherwise.............LOVE "EM!!
I think I have now ordered about 40 pizza's in total and I can tell you that they are still as good as the first one we have eaten. We have a big family so instead of paying $40+ for pizza we can put in a few of these and pretend we are back in Napoli :-)... The other good thing is that it helps with the Italian economy so anything we can do right now we will (especially since these taste so darn GOOD!!!!)...I have family in Italy and have been there a 20+ times, and I can say this is better than local pizza (the flavors and smells are the same as Italy when you eat them)!! - give it a try for sure!
With the current global pandemic (COVID-19/coronavirus) affecting Italy, the birthplace of Neapolitan pizzas (Naples) and nations across the globe, we wanted to address our customers’ concerns head on.
Let us start by reaffirming that the safety, satisfaction and well-being of our customers is and remains our top priority. We are in touch with our team in Italy on a daily basis and are following all official recommendations, sanitary precautions and guidelines on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Considered an essential business by the Italian government, our production facility in Naples remains open and continues its mission to feed the people of Italy and beyond.
We have also been following updates from the Food & Drug Administration and wanted to reassure our customers. There is currently no evidence of food or food packaging being associated with transmission of COVID-19. This means that food cannot be contaminated with the coronavirus and our customers cannot contract the virus by consuming our delicious pizzas. In addition to our FDA compliance, we are also BRCGS-certified, ensuring that our products meet the Global Standard for Food Safety, and IFS-certified, recognized as a food manufacturer by the Global Food Safety Initiative. Suffice to say, we take food safety very seriously.
In addition, the cooking and cryogenic processes we use to bake and freeze our pizzas eliminate any risks of transmission food contamination. Heating food at over 140-165 degrees Fahrenheit kills all bacteria and viruses: our wood-fired ovens reach a temperature of 700 degrees Fahrenheit to cook our pizzas, safely ensuring that our products are bacteria- and virus-free.
Our pizzas are safe, and we hope you and your family are well and safe too. As we all contemplate this new normal, we’re proud to offer a delicious solution to everyone staying at home during these challenging times. We are and will continue to work hard to support Italy and ensure our consumers enjoy high-quality food at home, now and in the future.
